Ady has been involved in the field of training for many
years and brings a wide variety of experience to the learning arena. His experience has seen him working with and
helping to develop large blue-chip and international corporate organisations and SME businesses. Ady has trained
within Retail, Contact Centre, Credit Risk, Finance, Public Service, Transport, Insurance, Manufacturing & Energy
Service industries. The programmes Ady has designed and delivered include customer service, sales, team leadership, disciplinary
and grievance management, management skills, disability awareness, Fish™ Philosophy and IT skills. He has also
designed and delivered larger training programmes and has assisted in-house training departments by providing a learning consultancy
role allowing them to focus on and continue with business as usual. Ady is a Training Consultant with Nottingham
based business consultancy Prodant Ltd. As part of this team he works as part of a highly effective team working with clients to establish the
learning needs of their organisation to help them grow, develop and build their business. Training solutions include
