Ady Howes, Nottingham based Training
Consultant is an affiliate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and has been involved in the field
of training and development for many years. He has been involved in the learning and development
in several organisations from small to medium enterprise organisations to large blue chip companies. He's been
involved in one off training solutions through to building and managing learning and development functions.

centre operations. Ady is competent in designing effective and creative learning solutions, which include classroom based,
one to one coaching and customised e-Learning.
Ady
is a Training Consultant with JaywingDMG where he works as part of a highly effective team working with clients to establish
the learning needs of their organisation to help them grow, develop and build their business. Training solutions include
